Cancellations Policy1. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of any cancellation. 2. You may cancel your booking without problem if you give us 14 days or more notice. 3a. If you cancel without giving us 14 days notice it is probable that a kennel will lie empty, so you will be liable for 75% of the full boarding fee. 3b. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (or no notification at all) are subject to a fee equal to 100% of the full boarding fee. |
